Florida Native recently turned Newport local, Justin Croteau, made the finals of the grom division at the Volcom VQS in Huntington this past week. Keep an eye on Justin and his older brother Ryan this year as the newest members of the Newport Harbor High School Surf Team. Keep it up groms!
